PipeCon®
PipeCon® is a closed, air-supported conveying system for the reliable transport of bulk materials over long distances. Its aerodynamically optimised air-cushion system supports the conveyor belt with minimal friction, thereby reducing wear and maintenance requirements.
With conveying capacities of up to 500 t/h, PipeCon® is particularly suitable for demanding applications in the cement, recycling and wood industries, as well as bulk material logistics.
-
High
conveying capacity- Conveying capacities of up to 500 t/h enable the reliable transport of large material volumes.
-
Enclosed conveying
- The enclosed design and reliable sealing system prevent free-flowing material from escaping uncontrolled and reduce dust emissions along the conveying route.
-
Low
wear- An aerodynamically optimised air-pressure system supports the conveyor belt, ensuring stable, largely contact-free belt travel.
-
Low maintenance requirements
- Few moving components, removable side covers and an optional maintenance walkway make inspection and maintenance easier.
-
Flexible system integration
- The modular design, together with flexibly positioned supports and tensioning stations, enables integration into a wide range of plant layouts.
-
Long conveying distances
- PipeCon® was specially developed to transport bulk materials over long distances and can cover conveying routes of up to 300 m.

How does PipeCon® work?
For safe material guidance, PipeCon® has a completely enclosed design. A double scraper system additionally prevents dust or free-flowing material from escaping from the system. Removable side covers and an optional maintenance walkway provide easy access to the relevant components. The belt return can be either air-guided or roller-guided. In addition, the fan, rotated by 45° relative to the walkway, improves accessibility and reduces maintenance requirements.
The conveying route is assembled from modular segments. Variable support positions and a flexibly positioned gravity take-up station make it easier to integrate PipeCon® into a wide range of plant layouts. Additional bend elements allow changes in direction upwards or downwards, combining particularly gentle material transfers with steeper conveying sections.

SpillCon®
SpillCon® complements PipeCon® wherever material loss or fines may occur along the conveying route. The material is reliably collected and returned to the material flow in a controlled manner.
This reduces contamination around the plant, minimises material loss and prevents unplanned downtime. At the same time, SpillCon® helps ensure clean and safe plant operation.
Exceptionally effective sealing makes it ideal
for outdoor use.
Heavy-duty chain-driven scraper conveyor for reliable material return
Continuous return of free-flowing material and fines to the material flow
Ensures clean, loss-free material flow
Minimal maintenance requirements for high plant availability
Can be retrofitted and flexibly integrated into existing conveying systems
Maintenance-friendly access along the conveying route
Removable side covers and an optional integrated maintenance walkway provide quick access to all relevant PipeCon® components. No additional bridge structure is required, and the maintenance walkway can also be retrofitted. Return rollers can be replaced safely and efficiently directly from the walkway.
Flexible planning for your plant requirements
PipeCon® can be seamlessly integrated into new and existing plant concepts. Thanks to its modular design and project-specific engineering, the conveying route is precisely adapted to the plant layout, conveying path and structural conditions. The result is a technically reliable and economically sustainable conveying solution.
