Westeria intensifies its service and after-sales activities
The objective of the customer visits was to assess existing Westeria installations, optimize maintenance and spare parts concepts, and coordinate future projects at an early stage. Many of the operators visited have been using Westeria air separation, conveying and dosing technology for years. Accordingly, the focus was on plant availability, planned maintenance and the long-term stabilization of material flows during operation.
Through direct exchange with plant operators, service intervals can be better adapted, wear parts identified at an early stage and downtime reduced. At the same time, the close cooperation with Blue Spares enables fast spare parts supply in the UK market as well as shorter response times in service cases.

For Timo Brechmann, the trip was also part of his onboarding: in the coming months he will continue visiting customers and partners to further expand service processes and align spare parts supply even more closely with real plant operation.
Together with Blue Spares, Westeria is consistently expanding its technical service and spare parts business in the UK — with the goal of enabling recycling plants to operate reliably, predictably and efficiently over the long term.
