AirBasic®, Westeria’s mobile windsifter solution, is used for windsifting. AirBasic® was developed specifically for compost applications and enables the reliable separation of light and ultra-light impurities. Even with moist or highly variable input material, the system ensures a stable material flow and consistently high output quality.
The coordinated interaction of shredding, screening and windsifting makes the performance of the entire plant transparent. At the same time, the example shows how clean, homogeneous compost fractions can be produced efficiently – an important basis for stable processes, reduced downtime and high-quality end products.
