Knowledge exchange across borders: eFACTOR3 visits Westeria

Last week, our Spare Parts Manager Timo Brechmann was on the road in the US, visiting customers, Westeria installations and our partner eFACTOR3.

This week, we switched sides: Henning Bendfeldt from eFACTOR3 visited us at Westeria in Germany.

Together with Levin Giebel, he exchanged insights on current product developments, technical changes and the latest updates from Westeria. The visit provided another opportunity to share knowledge, discuss developments and strengthen the close cooperation between our teams.

For us, a strong partnership goes beyond supplying machines and spare parts. It means staying connected, sharing technical expertise and continuously learning from each other – across borders.
