Disc distribution

Westeria's patented disc distribution system uses two rotating distribution discs. The bulk material is picked up in a controlled manner, accelerated and discharged evenly across the full belt width. Precise distribution depends on the exact interaction of rotational speed, feed point, and the shape and alignment of the discs. This creates a reproducible distribution pattern in a minimal footprint, providing an ideal basis for the subsequent process step.

Uniform material distribution

Uniformly distributes material from narrow conveyor belts starting at 500 mm onto belt systems with working widths of up to 2,800 mm.

Precise material guidance

NEW: Externally adjustable hopper flaps enable precise adjustment of the optimum material impact point and support a uniform material flow.

Flexible plant integration

Flexible material feed in inline, 90° or 180° configurations for straightforward integration into new and existing conveying systems – installable directly onto existing conveying equipment.

Maintenance-friendly design
