DuoDrum® – the third faction

The challenge: When conveying moist material or material with a high film content, separating it into two fractions is often not enough to achieve a perfect result. The solution: DuoDrum® supplements the classic separation into heavy and light fractions with a medium fraction. This allows you to achieve a significantly cleaner separation even with difficult separation tasks.

NEW: 4-fold separation in just one machine

AirLift® – Ultra-lightweight materials
under control

Integrated as an additional stage, the patented AirLift® specifically extracts the ultra-light fraction (e.g., films) from the material stream. In combination with the DuoDrum®, this makes quadruple separation possible with just one machine for the first time. The newly developed AirWheel® air separator used for this purpose automatically detects blockages.
